My greatest failure... Not really even trying to remember them. Rather focus on a positive side and what after-failure action items should be to avoid future ones and/or eliminate their root cause in all aspects - work, business, personal life.

I think, one common denominator to many of our failures is our emotions or ability to control them especially when working under pressure and/or in crucial conversations. BTW, this (crucial conversations) is a great topic of my recent interest, helps a lot to keep it cool under stress and get things done.

In any case, glad to get into the program and am excited to work/communicate with all of you.
